Read customer reviews Our Hawaiian barbecue flavor is one of a kind!  We use a unique vacuum tumbling process to marinate all of our meats.  The vacuum actually pulls the fat out of the meat and in turn pulls the sauce deep into the meat, increasing the moisture level by as much as thirty percent!  We then rotisserie cook our chicken and ribs over an open pit with 100% mesquite charcoal, adding a tempting barbecue auroma to your outdoor event. We cater an All You Can Eat Buffet!  We always bring enough food, and we even leave the leftovers with the host / hostess.  We have experience catering corporate events, sporting events, weddings, picnics, and even large parties with as many as 1800 guests.
